Work With Us

Explore the advantages of precast concrete structures.

Sustainable

Superior Quality

Rapid all-weather construction

Durable

Minimum Labour on Site

Clean and Safe Construction

Our Products

We transfer works at site to a controlled factory environment with automated facilities to enhance consistency in quality and cost-effectiveness.

Our Projects

Data Centers

Explore our design ideas for providing sustainable and cost-efficient precast solutions. Our value proposition includes green materials to reduce carbon footprints, as well as large floor space optimisation for server racks.

Industrial

Collaborate with us should these projects require speed, a large space requirement, and high design loading. Explore the numerous advantages of precast construction, which include unpropped structural members during installation, how to eliminate dangerous props or false works, and how all these advantages result in fast-track construction requirements.

Warehouses

Conventional in-situ construction usually requires tall falsework or propping works due to the typical high ceiling requirement. This is not only labour-intensive and time-intensive but also dangerous. If there is a need for speed and to solve many site problems like the ones above, precast construction is the way forward.

Public Buildings

As one of the strongest advocates for Malaysia’s Industrialised Building System (IBS) initiatives, we have successfully completed a multitude of projects in healthcare, education, defence, and many more segments in the public sector.

Multi-storey Carparks

Carparks, due to their modular design, are best suited for precast construction. Structural members are typically similar, making precast construction very competitive in comparison with in-situ construction. If we consider other indirect cost benefits, it’s a no-brainer—seriously!

Commercial

From retail to supermarkets, hotels, and offices, precast offers a real alternative to the varying needs and requirements of the project. In many instances, precast has helped project owners and contractors in many ways, such as simplifying construction processes, providing long-span floors, and providing superior quality and finishing.

Infrastructure

We have successfully completed numerous high-profile projects, whose typical characteristics include certainty of supply over a long period of time, consistent quality, and high precision.

Digitalisation and the DfMA principle

The idea to adopt Building Information Modelling (BIM) in our design work was first mooted in 2005 after we realised that we needed to improve our efficiency at both manufacturing facilities and project sites. After several trials, we subsequently went for full-scale adoption in 2017—BIM being one of our main thrusts in our DfMA principle in our product and service offerings.

We have then integrated BIM into our cloud-based ERP system for our processes and systems.

Leading the Way Forward in Sustainable Precast Construction

We are dedicated to fostering sustainable practices in the manufacturing of precast products across all our premises. The adoption of precast concrete systems alone can result in a minimum of 10% carbon reduction, with the potential for up to 30% reduction for hollow core slabs. However, our commitment to sustainability does not end there. Talk to us to learn more about our various initiatives, which include green design mixes, resource use optimisation, waste recycling processes, and the integration of green energy in our manufacturing facilities.
