The units are prefabricated with the following materials unless otherwise specified:

Sample plan & section. Details shop drawing to be finalised before prefabrication.

Floor- Reinforced conrete with water proofing and finished.

Wall & Ceiling- Metal cassettes, finished as specified.

Sanitary Pipes-uPVC.

Water Pipe-copper, poly-butylene or uPVC as required.

Door & Windows- Material and ironmongery to specification.

Electrical Works- Fittings and wiring within conduit.
